We want your stay to feel effortless from the very first moment. Below you'll find answers to the questions we're most commonly asked — and if there's anything else we can help with, we're always delighted to hear from you.

The Barns

Are there discounts for longer stays or last-minute bookings in the Cotswolds?

We offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate when 4+ nights are booked in any of our properties, ideal for longer family holidays or extended wedding stays. This is automatically applied via our booking software.

Late availability discounts are sometimes available for bookings within a month of arrival. These may be applied automatically (for public offers), or guests are welcome to get in touch directly to enquire.

At present, we do not offer discounts for booking multiple properties.

Can we host a pre- or post-wedding gathering at the barns?

We frequently welcome pre- and post-wedding gatherings, including groups larger than the total number of guests staying.

We are ideally located for guests attending nearby Cotswolds wedding venues such as Stone Barn, Cripps Barn, Old Gore and Ivy Lodge, and often accommodate wedding groups celebrating before or after their events at these venues.

What’s possible will depend on which barns are booked, but reserving the entire site (all five barns, sleeping up to 42 guests) offers the greatest flexibility for celebrations and group gatherings.

We always recommend getting in touch to discuss your plans so we can help accommodate your vision.

Can you recommend trusted local suppliers for our stay / plans?

Yes — we have a carefully curated list of trusted local suppliers, including private chefs, babysitters, food trucks and other services that are perfect for both family stays and next-day wedding gatherings.

We regularly work with brides, grooms and guests attending nearby wedding venues including Stone Barn, Cripps Barn, Old Gore and Ivy Lodge, and can help coordinate your stay to best fit in around your wider wedding plans.

Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and we’ll be happy to recommend options.

Do the barns have hot tubs, and how do we book them?

Large cedar wood hot tubs are available in the gardens of the Grain Store (our largest barn) and the Old Hay Barn.

We ask that Guests request use at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and a seasonal supplement will apply.

Please note that hot tubs are for guests aged 18+ and are used at your own discretion.

Is there enough parking for parties, large family groups or wedding guests?

Yes — each barn includes dedicated parking, making it easy for multi-generational families and wedding groups travelling separately:

  • Grain Store: 18–20 cars
  • The Stables: up to 6 cars
  • Old Hay Barn: up to 4 cars
  • Bull Pen: up to 3 cars
  • Cart Shed: up to 3 cars

Additional parking can sometimes be arranged in advance — please contact us to discuss your needs.

We regularly accommodate guests attending weddings at nearby venues such as Stone Barn, Cripps Barn, Old Gore and Ivy Lodge, where additional coordination around transport or suppliers may be helpful.

We are also happy to accommodate visiting suppliers such as photographers, stylists, or caterers.

Can bedroom layouts be adapted for families or group stays?

Yes — all beds are made up as Super King as standard, offering comfort for couples and parents.

In each barn, two bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms on request, making the layout flexible for children, friends, or multi-generational groups.

Do you offer corporate stays, retreats or group packages?

We regularly host corporate stays, team retreats, and bespoke group experiences.

Whether you’re planning a working retreat or a relaxed countryside escape, we can create tailored packages to suit your requirements.

Are the barns suitable for wellness retreats, yoga or pilates groups?

Absolutely — our peaceful Cotswolds setting is ideal for wellness retreats of all kinds, including yoga and pilates.

We can help you shape a bespoke retreat experience, so please get in touch to discuss your plans.

Can the barns be used as a location for photoshoots or events?

Yes — our barns and surrounding spaces are available to hire as a backdrop for photography shoots, workshops, or small events.

Day hire options are available -  we’d be happy to discuss your specific requirements.

Do you offer a concierge service to help plan our stay?

Yes — we provide a pre-arrival concierge service to help you make the most of your time in the Cotswolds.

We can assist with:

  • Booking private chefs
  • Organising taxis
  • Recommending and reserving local restaurants
  • Suggesting family-friendly activities and days out

As availability in the area can be limited, we strongly recommend using this service well in advance of your stay.

Can we book in-house beauty treatments or pre-wedding pampering?

Yes — we’ve partnered with Ruuby to offer a wide range of in-house beauty and wellness treatments.

Options include massage, facials, reflexology, waxing, and pre-wedding treatments — all delivered in the comfort of your barn.

Guests can request the treatment menu and book in advance.

What is included in the welcome hamper, and are we able to order more local produce?

Each stay includes a generous welcome hamper, perfect for your first breakfast in the Cotswolds.

It features locally sourced produce such as:

  • Cacklebean eggs
  • Townsend Farm apple juice
  • Fresh sourdough from Marks Bakery
  • Netherend Farm butter
  • Kelmscott bacon
  • Local honey, granola, and milk

Additional items — including wines, Champagne, and delicious Lockdown Liquor cocktails — are also available to purchase ahead of (or during) your stay.

Are dogs allowed at Bibury Farm Barns?

Yes — small to medium, well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior arrangement.

A cleaning supplement applies per dog, and we kindly ask owners to ensure gardens are left clean before departure.

Is there plenty to do locally when staying in the Cotswolds?

Absolutely — Bibury Farm Barns is perfectly located for exploring some of the very best of the Cotswolds, making it ideal for those looking to explore the area during their visit.

We are just a stone’s throw from a number of well-known attractions including the Burford Garden Company, Cotswold Wildlife Park (recently proclaimed as Best Safari in the UK by consumer brand Which?), Daylesford Organic Farm, and Cotswold Farm Park.

Guests can also enjoy exploring some of the region’s most picturesque towns and villages, including Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford, and the historic market town of Cirencester, along with many beautiful lesser-known Cotswold villages nearby.

For dining, the area is home to some of the Cotswolds’ most highly regarded pubs and eateries, including The Sherborne Arms in Northleach, BULL in Burford, and the newly opened Wild Duck at Ewen — all within easy reach for exceptional lunches or evening fare.

Whether you’re here for a wedding, a family gathering, or a countryside escape, there is an infinite mix of walks, attractions, dining, and experiences right from your door.
